Motion design – 2018
Every week, the City of Lyon organizes an official welcome ceremony at the City Hall to welcome newcomers. This video is shown during the event to introduce the various municipal services.

In addition to writing a scenario that fully met the City’s specifications, the challenge for B8 Agency on this project was to integrate the faces of real municipal employees into the 2D animation. A photo shoot was therefore organized to obtain the portraits needed to create the characters representing the municipal employees, sometimes in their own roles.
However, a family of extras was recruited to play the main characters of the film, who come to live in Lyon with their children.
