7th World Congress against the Death Penalty – ECPM

In February 2019, the 7th World Congress against the Death Penalty was held in Brussels. An event of international scope in which many political figures, institutions, associations, lawyers and human rights defenders participated.
Agency B8 documented this Congress right behind the scenes at the request of the organizer, Ensemble Contre la Peine de Mort (ECPM). A very moving project, with strong testimonies of ex-convicts to death.
Ensemble Contre la Peine de Mort (ECPM), chaired by Robert Badinter, is the reference association for abolitionism in the world. B8 Agency invested itself in this project out of conviction, with a marathon shoot rich in encounters and emotions.
A report on the event (long and short version), 5 interview modules, 2 capsules and a portrait of a convict were produced around the 7th Congress, all translated into English and French.
